Explore Ha Ha Tonka State Park or Bridal Cave for outdoor adventures, or enjoy golf at Margaritaville or The Ridge at The Lodge of Four Seasons. The area features live music, shopping, and entertainment by both land and water. Boat rentals, fishing, and family-friendly attractions are nearby, making it a great spot for all ages.

Other Things to Note:

• The tram down to the water is not available for guest use. There are many steps, so guests should be cautious.

• The minimum age to book this property is 25 years old and it is best suited for families and groups of friends

• This property permits responsible gatherings, including bachelor/bachelorette parties

• This property is accessed through a mix of paved and gravel roads. Drivers may encounter steep hills and narrow roadways. Please use caution while navigating. In winter, roads may ice over and become difficult to navigate.

• Decibel measuring devices are installed both indoors and outdoors to maintain noise control standards

• Smart lock systems for timed guest access, ensuring your safety and convenience

Pet-Friendly Property Guidelines

• Pet fee of $20 per night per pet is required. This will be added with the booking or shortly after depending on where you are booking through.

• Pets must be on a leash when outside and pets cannot be left unattended outside

• Pets must be crated/kenneled when left in the home alone

• Pet waste must be picked up and disposed of

• Owner shall provide and utilize a “cover” (i.e. blanket/quilt) should the pet get onto furniture

• Excessive hair on furniture or bedding and/or not managing pet waste can result in additional fines

Getting There:

We highly recommend having a vehicle for your stay. Rideshare companies like LakeRide Pros are available, however, we recommend that you book well in advance. You will have ease of access via state highways and blacktop roads. This property is located approximately 3 hours from St. Louis and Kansas City, and a half-day drive from Nebraska, Illinois, Iowa, Kansas, and Arkansas, creating great access for families and friends to connect and gather! The International airport is in Kansas City, and regional airports are available in St. Louis, Columbia, and Springfield.
