This house was built in 1938 and purchased by my family in 1963, it is a spanish style home with features left from the inital design. It has private parking, ocean views, decks, and everything you could need to enjoy a very private unqiue experince in Venice Beach, words cannot describe the deatils and time spent on the remodel, each room and bathroom was re-done. Plant walls in the front yard by local artist and a mural by Decypher from New Zealand help finish an enviroment of complete exclusivity for your guests, while baskeball in the parking lot creates chances for at home privtae fun.

There are four bedrooms with a deluxe master bath on the top floor with rain shower, goldend inlaid morrocon tile, a guest room with two twins , and a second ensuite master, the top floor rooms have sunset and sunrise views, while the back balcony shleters the wind for breakfeast or coffeeon windy morning days. There is no shortage of places for an individual to find a place to realax by themselves in this house. On the bottom floor is the den and 4th master ensuite murphy bed, which can be combined with the living room to make one entertainment space. The lower rooms open onto the lower yard and fire pit perfect for a nice dinner outsife.

The lower floor also contains the custom chroma therapy sauna, with room for the whole house, this custom sauna was built in the midwest and shipped to Venice! Jump in after a ocean swim or heat up when you have cold winter night, there is nothing like it.
