Ample parking in the driveway and side of the home. A boat or RV can be parked in the driveway.

Private saltwater pool with inground SPA and large outdoor area for entertaining. (Pool can be heated in cooler months (November - April) for an extra 35.00 a day. Please let us know in advance so it's heated when you arrive.

Close to Anna Maria Island and Bradenton Beaches (15-minute drive)

This comfortable private home is located just 5 minutes from downtown Bradenton.  Downtown Bradenton is on the Manatee River and has bars, restaurants, and Village of the Arts.  The Village of the Arts is an eclectic live-work community of colorful historic cottages that house everything from award-winning restaurants to specialty shops, studios, healing arts, bakeries, and Bradenton’s best art galleries. The Sarasota/Bradenton airport is a 35-minute drive (9.6 miles) south and downtown Sarasota and St Armands Circle are about 35-minute drive south which is a great place to watch a sunset from a rooftop bar with causal and upscale dining and shopping.   You will also find dining options in nearby Longboat Key, Bradenton Beach, and Anna Maria Island which all have great places to eat and things to do by the beach.  The home is centrally located to I-75 to take quick trips to Tampa or Orlando areas.
