Roof repairs on buildings 1, 2 & 3 are taking place with an estimated completion time of December 31, 2025. The estimated completion time is not guaranteed and subject to change as per unexpected contractor and/or weather delays.

While our area continues to rebuild from the impacts of recent hurricanes and though our paradise may look a bit different than it once did, our beaches are beautiful and accessible right across the street from this condo community. The sun continues to shine and brings with it spectacular sunsets to savor and new memories to be made. Ongoing renovations are taking place throughout Bonita Beach and Fort Myers Beach - local shops and restaurants continue to reopen and welcome your support with a visit to our area!

Due to damage from the previous hurricanes, work is still being done to restore the grounds, atriums and landscaping. Occasional daytime noise is possible. The tennis courts are currently closed, but two temporary pickleball courts are available.

Located in highly desirable Building One - closest to the beach access - you are ready to to just walk across the street to the warm sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico! Enjoy sunbathing, beautiful sunsets, swimming in the Gulf, parasailing, jet skiing or enjoying a beach side lunch at the one of the local's favorites, Docs Restaurant. Your stay at this vacation condo includes free parking so you can easily walk to the beach. Please note, RV or Trailor parking is NOT PERMITTED.

This condo is the perfect getaway, yet close to all the pleasures Southwest Florida has to offer.

This property is approximately 23 miles from RSW International Airport. This 5-building complex is a walk across the street from Bonita Beach.

No smoking, including e-cigarettes, cigars, or pipes permitted anywhere on the property; this includes the condo and balcony.

Minimum age to rent is 25. Please be prepared to present a government issued picture ID, matching the name on the property is booked in, to a representative of management company or property owner within 24 hours of your check-in.
