Keep it simple at our peaceful and centrally-located one-bedroom Condado Beach apartment. We are located right at the lagoon, so you can enjoy lots of great sunsets from our balcony. Feel free to use our beach items, but please wash them and take care of them. We are a quick two minute walk to the beach, just two blocks away. We are also just minutes away from the Ventana del Mar park at Condado Beach, on Ashford Ave, where there are great places to eat and drink.

You do not need a car for this location, but you do have one private parking spot. The beach is just a block away, the lagoon is just in front, and you can pick up a rental scooter at any corner here to zip around the city. Old San Juan is just a 10 minute scooter ride, which is very nice and scenic.
