• I give permission to the property manager to use a third-party to verify my identity and check criminal databases to confirm my reservation. • The home will be ready for Check-in between 4-6pm AZ time

• No parties or events

• Pets upon approval with fee applied

• The renting party must be 25 or older and staying in the home throughout the duration of the reservation.

*We use NoiseAware software to monitor any excessive noise or elevated occupancy on the property.

• $75/pet fee. We ask that all pet waste be cleaned up and disposed of properly before departure. To be paid separately after booking.

• ***If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without PaseoHomesAZ approval you may be subject to a fine.

• You will have the whole home to yourselves when booking with PaseoHomesAZ.

• A dedicated, personal door code will be provided to you prior to your check in time via email.

• Uber & Lyft are easily accessible in our area for ease of transportation

• IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit and lease agreement.

• We report and prosecute all Credit Card Fraud.

The City of Scottsdale explicitly prohibits excessive outdoor noise, and it will not be tolerated. Assessed fines and penalties will be charged against the traveler(s). During ALL hour's noise and music MUST remain at a REASONABLE level. This is not a party house.
