Apartment in a row house, made from the thermal log, built in 2019. Living room/kitchen with sofa bed, bedroom with 2 beds, sauna, and washroom/WC.

Parking in a shared carport (one of the five places). Cold outdoor storage, shared with five apartments.

There is wireless Internet connection (Wi-Fi), floor heating in all rooms, induction stove and mechanical ventilation in the apartment. The house was built from the thermal log and no plastic used in construction.

Due to the location, the house is an ideal place for observing northern lights. There is no visual contact with other buildings or neighbors.
