The guest bedroom includes a comfortable queen-size bed, twin bunk beds, a flat screen TV, and the second updated bathroom features a walk-in shower and coastal touches throughout.

To elevate your stay, we provide luxury bath towels and full-size shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, and lotion for your comfort and convenience.

Living Space

-Each condominium is allocated only two parking spaces and two parking passes per unit. There is no assigned parking.

-To secure a boat dock space, please visit the Sandpiper Cove website and submit a request. Please note that there is a fee for renting dock space. Please be aware that trailers or boats cannot be parked inside Sandpiper Cove. For trailer, boat, or jet ski parking arrangements, we recommend contacting facilities in the Destin, FL area.

-Sandpiper Cove is gated with 24 hour Security Guards for your protection.

-NO SMOKING OR PETS ARE PERMITTED inside the condo or on the balcony. Any violations will result in charges, automatic eviction, and forfeiture of refund.
