Our 4 bed, 3 bath Mountainside condo is filled with natural light, updated in 2023; baths, furniture, A/C and appliances. Hike right out the door up to the summit to take in the views, come back home to spread out and relax in the mountain fresh air. Stay home & play in the heated pool. Visit the local attractions minutes away like Storyland & Mt. Washington. Enjoy the Saco right across the street w/ biking trails & river access!

Grill provided on the deck but no outdoor fires permitted. Summer - a/c units for perfect temperature control. In the winter - Ski home to the warm glow of two fireplaces in this private, serene mountain location. Wood is provided during your stay. Our home is truly a year round destination to explore all the valley has to offer. All beds will be made and essentials well-stocked. Most of all, we welcome you to enjoy our home like it is your own. Mountainside on Attitash is a wonderful family-friendly destination. COVID CLEANING PROTOCOL ON OUR HOME:

We use a professional cleaning crew to take care of our home and they complete the following actions on EVERY cleaning.

- Sanitize high-touch surfaces like doorknobs, light switches, remotes, stove buttons, sinks, toilet handles etc.

- Use cleaners and disinfectants approved by global health agencies, and wear protective gear to help prevent cross-contamination

- Refer to cleaning checklists to thoroughly clean each room

- Provide extra cleaning supplies, so you can clean as you stay

- Comply with local laws, including any additional safety or cleaning guidelines

You have access to everything and the home is 100% private.

We live right next door in North Conway and can be over in just a few minutes if you need help with anything at all. We are also available by text and phone at any time.

Please note that all check-ins will be done contactless with a digital key pad.

End unit has the most light and is so quiet and serene you would not know you were in busy North Conway area. We love our home to get away from the bustle, enjoy the shopping and restaurants and ski out the back deck.
