**Important Notices:**

- **Dock Usage:** Please note the dock is temporarily out of service due to storm repairs but the backyard and patio remain fully accessible for enjoyment.

- **Dog-Friendly Home:** Your four-legged friends are welcome! Contact us to include your pet in your stay. There is a non refundable pet fee required per pet.

- **Commitment to Cleanliness:** Our professional cleaning team rigorously sanitizes the space between each guest visit, ensuring the highest standards of hygiene for your peace of mind.

**For Your Convenience:**

Guests benefit from a starter kit including essential supplies for a comfortable stay. Also, please prepare to refill the propane tank for the outdoor grill after use.

Primary renter must be 25 or older and must be present for the entire stay. Name on Credit Card MUST MATCH NAME ON RESERVATION or risk being canceled automatically. The billing address MUST MATCH ID.
