The top floor is the perfect place to gather and features a half bath for the convenience of you and your guests. The fully equipped kitchen boasts full size appliances, tons of counter and cabinet space, and an open concept that looks into the dining and living room areas. The vaulted ceilings and abundant windows let in natural light and give an open and airy feel. The living room features a large glass sliding door to a second private oceanfront deck.
