BEACH AMENITIES: Hyde Beach Kitchen + Cocktails – Foodservice on the beach and additional chairs, towels, and umbrellas are at guests' expense. The Hyde Beach Club offers 2 chairs and 1 umbrella (free of charge) once per day and is on a first-come, first-served basis.

DINING/DRINKS: Terrazas Oceanfront Dining & Cocktails, Hyde Beach Kitchen + Cocktails.

Also, a refundable deposit hold of $250 USD must be paid upon arrival.

-Resort fee: USD 40 per day/per apartment + taxes.

Every Non-Registered Guest is $50 Daily.

-Valet parking pricing goes as follows:

* 1 - 7 Days: $35 Per Day

* 8 Days and on: $30 Per Day

House rules:

- No pets are allowed in the unit.

- Early check-in and late check-out if available can be provided at extra cost.

- Smoking is not allowed (U$D 200 fine)

- No parties or events are allowed.

- Check-in is from 4:00 pm to 10:00 pm.

- Any damages done to the apartment will be charged to the tenant.
