We built a small picket fence around your entrance Parking is out the back fence and is free on street. We also have our favorite Harps American grill and Social House for coffee. We are in neighborhood of Historic Avondale and we have loads around us for activities including shopping, sporting events, concerts, close to downtown and restaurants. The cottage is on a walking path - one way to the river and the other way to the Shoppes of Avondale.

This cottage is a separate building in the rear of another and entering is private and a snap. On street parking is available right outside the gate. If you are traveling without a car- Uber/Lyft and rideshare are readily available
