Stunning condo with contemporary meets turn of the century design in downtown Asheville. This 1st floor 2 bedroom features 2 king ensuite bedrooms. High quality blackout shades have recently been installed, adding the finishing touch on this already perfect condo! The unit also comes with one garage parking space. Vehicles must not be larger than a midsize vehicle, as the garage is narrow and cannot accommodate large vehicles. Vehicle length cannot exceed 16 ft, no exceptions.

Located in downtown you are central to all that Asheville has to offer. The Biltmore Estate and the Blue Ridge Parkway are also just a short drive away.
