Come relax in our desert getaway! Conveniently located in North Mesa close to many activities, but nestled in a highly sought-after neighborhood to provide privacy and comfort to our guests. Whether you want to hit the town and be near the heart of the action or you prefer to dine locally and take a dip in our private pool. This home is the ultimate retreat for families, friends, couples and outdoor enthusiasts who love to hike, golf and enjoy all that Arizona has to offer.

The space

Our Mid Century home has been updated to accept lots of natural lighting throughout the house with vast windows and light. Walk through the doors to find unique tile flooring and a vast family/living area. The kitchen is cozy with its wooden cabinets and ample space to cook and dine. This home offers 3 spacious bedrooms, one of which is the master/primary with connected bath. The backyard is simple, yet beautiful with its shimmering swimming pool.

Living Room

You'll find a large pull out couch and smart HDTV which you can use with streaming applications like NETFLIX, YouTube, YouTube TV, HULU, Amazon Prime, etc

We provide Youtube TV on use for watching live content.

However, if you have your own subscription for other streaming services, you are free to use it as well.

Kitchen

For those who like to cook, the kitchen has all the necessary appliances including: dishwasher, fridge, oven, microwave, stove top, coffee maker, pots and pans, and utensils.

Bathroom (1 Master Bath and 1 Common Bath)

The 2 bathrooms are stocked with items including: shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and fresh towels.

We do provide linens during your stay.

Pool

Make sure the gate for the pool is closed at all times. This is not a diving pool. Max depth 6 ft. This is NOT a heated pool.

Fire pit

The fire pit is in progress. It will be ready by May 28. We do not provide firewood for the pit. You are welcome to bring on your own.

BBQ Grill:

There is a BBQ Grill with 4 Burner and side burner with propane gas. We provide the propane tank but it is on guests to have the tank filled up for use during their stay. Please clean up the BBQ Grill after use.

Parking Notes: Please do not park on the street. Our driveway is pretty spacious to accommodate your vehicle. Since the street is very busy, please be careful when you enter/exit the house.

Booking requirements: We do need to verify your ID to ensure you are the primary person as we do not allow third party reservation. Please do provide the first name and last name of the members in your group who would be staying at the house.

Guest Entry Instructions: We would be providing you the access codes to enter the house on the day of your check-in.

Occupancy:

Our home can accommodate 8 guests based on double occupancy in available beds. Please make sure this arrangement is comfortable for your group prior to booking.

When booking, please let us know how many guests will be in your group as well as how many vehicles you will have on-site and the purpose of your visit. With that info we can make sure the home is ready for your group and that you have all the necessary supplies, linens, etc.

If you are going to be travelling around the Southwest, this home is a great base. San Diego, LA, Las Vegas, and the beaches of Mexico are all about 5 hours away. The Grand Canyon, Sedona, White Mountains, and AZ`s wine country are 2-4 hours. Take your carry-on, and leave the big stuff while you explore. We have been to almost every corner of the state, so if you want to know the hidden treasures, we would be happy to tell you our favorite places to visit.

Guest access

Guests will have access to all areas of the home. Make yourself feel home.

Other things to note

There is a video doorbell at the entrance of the door for security of the guests and preventing trespassing.

No smoking inside the house.
