- Lake & Pool - Swim in the water at your own risk. There is no lifeguard.

- There are a few life jackets provided but correct sizes cannot be guaranteed. Please bring your own for boating and specific sizes.

- Stairs must be accessed for loft bedroom access, the garage apartment, & to the second-level outdoor deck.

- Non-smoking residence. Smoking is strictly prohibited. This is a family-friendly property and there will be additional charges if we discover any evidence of smoking in the home.

- Absolutely no events, parties, or large gatherings. Please be always respectful of the neighbors! Quite time begins at 10:00 pm.

- Pets are strictly prohibited. "No pets" policy must be observed.

- No open flames inside the home.

In order to monitor lake levels, there is a security camera located in the backyard. The camera faces the lake and does not look into any interior spaces.
