An authentic apartment with a great location. Located on Douglas, a calm and centric neighborhood, this apartment it's a great option for your trip to Miami.

Fully equipped with all you need for your stay. Kitchen with full utensils, wifi, smart tv, spaid washer&dryer, linen, towels, etc. Parking spot available on premises.

The apartment is located on the ground floor of a multi-family complex. Each unit has its own parking space. It's located in a very cozy and centric neighborhood. The apartment is very bright and with big spaces. A sofa bed in the living room + a queen bed in the bedroom (please let us know so we can prepare it for you).

Paid Washer&Dryer are shared with other guests and it's located in a common area of the house. It has a cost of $1.75 for Washer and a $1.75 for Dryer.

If you wish to have an extra cleaning in the middle of your stay please let us know and will be provided you with an extra charge.

Early check-in and late check-out if available can be provided at extra cost.

A dog is allowed in the unit and has an extra cleaning fee. We accept certain breeds, given the size of the apartment and the canine itself. We’re sorry to inform you that cats are not accepted
