Modern and minimalistic home with golf course views is something you're not going to want to miss out on. Ultimate family desert retreat, this 4 bedroom and 3 bath has a private casita, pool table for indoor entertainment. Privacy is our number one priority, with that being said we have security patrolling the neighborhood 24/7. My home is centrally located to restaurants, shopping, other leisure activities and just walking distance to the empire polo grounds that host Coachella and Stagecoach!

This one of a kind peaceful oasis will offer you a natural and bright light with breathtaking views during your stay. Enjoy these views during sunrise with a cup of coffee to start your day off right! Take advantage of the fully stocked kitchen with plenty of cupboard storage, pantry for your food and brand new stainless steel appliances. All these kitchen amenities will allow you to have the perfect night in while cooking a home made meal with a glass of wine. Plenty of indoor entertainment, there's a Smart TV with access to all favorite streaming apps, enjoy your family night with some popcorn and binge-watching your favorite show on Netflix. Finished with your favorite show? There's a pool table right next to the living room for you to enjoy a healthy and competitive game of pool! During your stay you'll notice this home does not skimp out on charm, with the open concept living area, to the chic wall decor throughout the home and the contemporary bedrooms with comfortable bedding. There will also be a private detached casita with your sleeping area, en suite bathroom and a designated working area. Master bedroom will have access to the backyard and a very large en suite bathroom with double sinks, a vanity area, impeccable light fixtures and a separate tub. My home is located near everything you'll need during your stay, grocery stores just a few minutes away if you need to stock up, 25 minutes to La Quinta, 35 minutes to Palm Springs, 45 minuets to Joshua Tree National Park and 10 minutes to the Indian Wells Tennis Courts.

Guests will have full access to my home that sits on the 27 hole golf course. This home includes a 2 car garage, private casita and backyard. Guests will also have access to the LifeStyle center where you can find a community pool, tennis courts, pickleball courts and a gym. There will also be other community pools in the neighborhood you will have access too with a pool key.

We’re available through the Airbnb app, email and phone. If any issues arise we are available in person too.

Home is located in gated community Indian Palms Country Club. Close to many attractions such as Palm Springs, Old Town La Quinta, Joshua Tree, El Paseo, and more!

The neighborhood features a 27 hole championship golf course, a clubhouse for food and drinks. It also has Tennis Courts available for use.

When entering the community, you must enter the front gate on Monroe Street @ Indian Palms County Club. To exit, you can use closest gate on Jackson, or the front @ Monroe street.

Uber/Lyfts are welcome to enter gate for food delivery as well.

If you're interested utilizing the LifeStyle Center please inform us beforehand- as we have to get a guest form filled out during your stay.

You're able to set up a tee time at the country club. I recommend calling beforehand they tend to get booked quite quickly.
