Welcome to Tropic Breeze 7, a beautifully renovated 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom condo on the first floor with a serene pool view. This coastal getaway features a king-size bed, a comfortable sleeper sofa in the living area, a Smart TV, and a shower-over-tub for your convenience. Perfectly designed for couples or small families, this condo offers the ideal combination of comfort, style, and beachside charm.

The condo is just across the street from public beach access and within walking distance of local restaurants, bars, and boutique shops. Relax by the large heated pool, which is privately fenced for your comfort, or enjoy a meal at the provided BBQ grill area.

Please note: Parking is limited to one vehicle, with additional parking available nearby—please contact us for details. There is no washer or dryer in the unit; however, laundry facilities are available nearby. The on-site laundry room is not currently available but is scheduled to be installed by 2026. New pool loungers are also a planned feature, and while no exact date is promised, we are working diligently to restore these amenities for guests.
