Open kitchen (3 hot plates, oven, electric coffee machine, combination microwave) with bar and wood-burning stove. Exit to the patio. On the lower ground floor: (steep stair). Shower/WC. Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable), deck chairs (2). Marvellous panoramic view of the mountains, the valley and the countryside. Facilities: children's high chair, baby cot for up to 2 year olds (extra), hair dryer. Please note: non-smoking house. Maximum 1 small pet/ dog allowed. Fire extinguisher. The kitchen is gas-fired.
