A chef kitchen is available with Italian marble counter tops. Top of the line appliances, side by side refrigerator with water filter. It has a big island, to enjoy breakfast in the morning. There is a built in microwave and oven for you to use during your stay.

Minimum age rental is 25yrs. All guest must be 25yrs or older with the exception of families only.

Guest have access

The entrance to our condo is contact free. There is a lockbox that will allow you access to the premises. Our co-host Gigi will stay in touch with our guests at check in time and during your stay. Also, be familiar with the current Covid requirements to visit the island. I use the discoverpuertorico website to keep up to date.

The apartment is waling distance to the beach, restaurants and only a 10min car ride from the airport. To explore the island we recommend renting a car. If you are only staying in San Juan, you can use uber.
