Location / Roads / Parking:

This condo provides convenient access for both motorcycles and vehicles, featuring level parking for two cars. Please note that there is no elevator on the premises. Nearby, you'll find a Dollar General and Food City for convenient shopping. The roads leading to the condo are all main double-laned and paved, ensuring a smooth drive. While Ski Mountain Road is uphill and winding, you'll only encounter challenges in snow or ice. Just a quick 5-minute drive will take you to the Smoky Mountains and Gatlinburg, with Pigeon Forge only 15 minutes away. With such a fantastic location, you're just a short drive from all the attractions and activities downtown Gatlinburg has to offer.

Important Information:

-This condo is located on the 3rd floor and is only accessible by steps (7 steps total to be exact). This complex does NOT have elevators.

-This is a NON-SMOKING unit (absolutely no smoking inside the unit or on the balcony).

-NO PETS are allowed at the condo or on the condominium premises.

-The pool is seasonal and is ONLY open Memorial-Labor Day.

-Wild bears do wander onto the property often. Please do NOT feed the bears or attempt to interact with them for your own safety.

Our area has so many fun and entertaining attractions for all ages. Start with adventure when you ride coasters at Dollywood, win a game of putt-putt golf, race go-karts, splash at waterparks, mine for gems, visit museums, and oh-so-much more! For outdoor fun, you can explore the Great Smoky Mountains National Park, where you can hike to waterfalls, horseback ride through valleys, picnic by a river, and fly fish! Once the thrills and adventure are over, visit the Tanger Outlets and local boutiques, where you can shop until you drop. Enjoy local cuisine, from southern family-style restaurants to chef-cooked meals at dinner time. After dinner, you can find a sweet shop on every corner to satisfy that sweet tooth before returning to the property.

Special Dates:

Out of respect for the holidays and our employees, we do NOT allow ANY check-ins or check-outs on Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, or New Year's Day.

Check-In:

4pm - There is NO check-in office; you go straight to the cabin. Once all your payments have been made, we will send you an email with the door code & we will resend it a week before your stay.

30 Day Cancelation & Damage Fee:

30 or More Days Before Arrival - full refund minus the $50 cancellation fee

29 or Fewer Days Before Arrival - we can move your dates (without penalty) or try to rebook your dates. If dates are fully rebooked, you will be refunded that amount minus the $50 cancellation fee. If dates are partially rebooked, you will only be refunded the amount that was rebooked (for example: if you had 5 nights & we re-booked 4 nights = you will be refunded 4 nights + taxes & fees). If no dates are rebooked, you will forfeit all money paid towards your reservation.

Damage Coverage: covers you up to the amount that you paid for your damage fee on unintentional accidents to the property (any damages that exceed the damage fee, intentional or unintentional, will be charged to the credit card on file).
