This is an efficiency apartment on the 4th floor with an attached balcony with a view of the ocean. Freshly remodeled bathroom with new walk-in shower, detachable shower wand, and new vanity & top. New wood look tile floors and a fresh coat of paint will make you feel right at home.

The building was built in 1970, so it has a retro-charm, but if you're expecting brand-new construction, we're not it :) I don't want to call it old because my birthday might be really close to the building's :)

We’re also a Showplace Home, which means we’ll sometimes feature different curated product samples for you to try on your vacay. Currently featuring Athena Razors, Waka Instant Coffee, SpinMaster Games, and Nutrl vodka soda. If you don’t want the alcoholic beverage in the condo, please let us know well ahead of time.

The building has a parking garage on the 1st and 2nd floor and there is an elevator and stairs at each end of the building. Laundry room is on the 1st floor on your way out to the pool area. All common areas are accessed by a master key which will be in your room when you check-in. Daytime public beach parking next door. Onsite laundry, elevators, and covered garage parking. 1 parking pass. No trailers.

please note: there is construction going on in the parking garage during daytime hours only, but parking is limited to 1 car and the garage area may be dusty.

House Rules:

- No smoking or vaping. Smoking in the unit will be subject to a $250 cleaning fee and a non-refunded cancellation of your stay.

- No pets. Pets will be considered a violation of the agreement, subject to a $250 cleaning fee and a non-refunded cancellation.

- Quiet hours from 10pm-8am

- Upon booking, you will be sent a rental agreement that needs to be completed within 48 hours.

- Damage deposit of $250 will be collected as a "hold" on your account and released after check out if no damage claim is needed

- No booking for another person. The person booking must be the person staying and over the age of 25.

- A $39 Accidental Damage Waiver is added to all reservations and is spelled out in the rental agreement.
