You can revel in the spectacular natural scenery from both the upper and lower decks. The expansive great room, designed with an open layout, takes full advantage of large windows and glass doors to showcase the beauty of Topsail Island. The owners have carefully arranged various seating options in the living area, which includes a sizable flat-screen television with cable and a DVD player. For dining, the area can comfortably accommodate six guests, and additional seating is available at the bar. The property boasts a modern, fully equipped kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances, designed for convenient meal preparation.

On the main floor, there's a bedroom that includes a Queen bed and a flat-screen TV, along with a workspace for those who require a quiet environment to work or study. The main level also features a shared bathroom. Moving to the second floor, you'll find another shared bathroom and three additional bedrooms. The oceanfront bedroom (2) offers a king bed and a private balcony along with an HD cable television. The sound view bedroom (3) is furnished with a Queen bed and a flat-screen TV, while bedroom (4) includes a Queen bed and a set of Twin/Twin bunk beds.

This charming duplex is the ultimate destination to feel at home during your stay on Topsail Island.

This property will allow one hypo allergenic dog up to 25lbs with a $250 plus tax nonrefundable pet fee.
