This is a Paradise Island home... Please note, that the AC temperature will not be set up lower than 72 degrees. There are surveillance cameras outside of the property. BBQ grill and Pool Heat are additional fees. A services fee of $50 will be applied for the pool heating order placed The minimum age required is 18. Our office hours are 7 days a week from 9am to 10pm. Early check-in and late check- out might be possible but subject to availability. NO landline phone is provided
