Incredible remodeled chic house with access to the canal, beautiful view, and excellent location near the beach

The pier is no longer under construction, therefore the backyard can be used by our guests.

Also, mooring the boat at our pier has a cost of $50 per day.

The apartment has all the basics for your stay, with a full kitchen, plenty of storage space, and a nice patio with access to the canal.

Paid Washer&Dryer are shared with other guests and it's located in a common area of the house. It has a cost of $1.75 for Washer and a $1.75 for Dryer.

- A dog is allowed in the unit and has an extra cleaning fee. We accept certain breeds, given the size of the apartment and the canine itself. If it's a service dog, we would like for you to send us a photo of the certificate. We’re sorry to inform you that cats are not accepted

- Early check-in and late check-out have an extra charge and should be scheduled in advance.
