The unit also provides 1 garage parking space and 2 dedicated parking spaces behind the townhome. Located in South Asheville, drivable to shopping, restaurants, breweries, galleries, and live music venues. Biltmore Park is also just a short drive away.

 

This unit is pet friendly. There will be a $75 non-refundable pet fee. This will not be included in your payment. Guests will need to contact Towns Property Management, Inc. to provide a credit card for this fee. If Towns Property Management, Inc. has not received this payment prior to check-in, they reserve the right to cancel the reservation and no refund will be issued to the guest.
