A king bed, made with provided linens, ceiling fan for added comfort, TV with cable, ensuite bathroom and walk-in closet complete the primary suite. The ensuite bathroom has a double sink vanity and large walk-in shower.

Although this is a golf & country club community, please note that this rental does not include access to those facilities or events.

This property is approximately 19 miles from Fort Myers Beach; 9 miles from RSW International Airport.

No smoking allowed anywhere in the property, including home, lanai or garage.

No pets allowed.

Pool heaters don't run May-October. This is a residential pool heater and doesn't run 24/7. Local weather, sun, rain and daytime & nighttime temperatures will also affect the actual pool temperatures and the pool heaters water temperature recovery time. Therefore a static temperature in the winter months can not be guaranteed.

Please note: Since SW Florida is a sub-tropical climate, it almost never gets close to freezing, which leads it to being desirable for humans, geckos, and insects. Despite routine pest control, it is possible for an insect or gecko to get inside the property. Refunds for finding geckos or insects are not given.

Minimum age to rent is 25.
