An open floorplan, large kitchen island, premium appliances and large, spa-like bathrooms make this ideal for relaxing and regenerating after spending the day exploring downtown Asheville. The condo is within two blocks of restaurants, live music, art galleries, and shops. A queen sofa bed gives you extra sleeping options, too. There is one dedicated parking spot for this condo; any additional vehicles must park elsewhere. We recommend midsize or smaller vehicles only.

 

This condo is located in a secured building that is only accessible with the lobby and parking garage access codes; you will receive these upon booking confirmation. The elevator opens to the garage and lobby for convenient access from your vacation rental.

Asheville is coming back slowly after last years devastation. Mt Mitchell is not yet open which is always our favorite. Check before you come .
