The property is located approximately 40 km north of Kolari, just 700 meters from the shore of Lake Äkäslompolo, 300 meters from the Kesänkijoki River, and 1.5 kilometers from Lake Kesänkijärvi. The nearest swimming beach is only 1.3 kilometers away.

 

This detached wooden house, built in 1987, features a practical layout. It includes a spacious kitchen and three bedrooms, each furnished with two beds.

 

The ground floor offers bedroom with two single beds a cozy living area with a fireplace, a sauna with an electric stove, a shower, and a separate toilet. The bathroom and sauna were renovated in January 2020, and the bedrooms were updated in 2022.

There is also a toilet with shower upstairs.
