No, when you rent this home, you get all the privacy in the world and with a paved parking lot for six cars - and one being a 220 outlet to recharge your electric car. The home has been transformed through a professional remodel. In short, everything is new. No need to use the steps for the luggage & groceries, as this private rental comes with a roomy personal elevator. Not ADA compliant ~ but very wheelchair friendly -- with elevator and ramps! (Children are only allowed to use with adult supervision.)All new driveway and Trex decks and handrails as of 2023!! The kitchen is a chef's dream with new Samsung Smart appliances & tons of water views from every angle. It sleeps 10 normally (2 King, 1 Queen, 2 Twin/ Twin Bunk Room) and has a queen sofa sleeper for 2 more. Each bedroom in the Howling Coconut has its own spa-like bath complete with tile shower, and the first floor master suite was designed with the wheelchair in mind with wider doors and handrails. And there's both an exterior and interior ramp for wheelchairs. Bring along a good book or just people watch the beach on one of two oceanside decks with expansive ocean views! Take in some sun on the top deck or just catch some shade on the bottom. The elevator room on the ground floor (which can be locked) has quite a collection of beach toys for the children. After relaxing or playing games on the beach, or a swim in the ocean, you can shower off in one of the two warm water exterior showers. You can even keep fido clean with his very own warm water elevated dog washing station! While relaxing in the living room you will enjoy a large screen Smart TV, equipped with an Apple TV box and hook up over the fireplace. The three bedrooms on the lower floor all have Smart TVs. And there is an additional half bath on the upper level for convenience. The laundry room has a full-sized washer/ dryer tower, as well as a deep laundry sink. There’s even a large and medium dog crate provided for your furry companions (dogs only) to use while visiting and when they need to be left alone. This is a renter's delight with every feature you're likely to want for the perfect time at the beach any time of the year."
