- All Guests must complete a rental occupancy form for the HOA requirements. This is in addition to the registration form from our company.

- No bike riding on sidewalks, driveways, or the pool area

- Club House is available for use for private parties, by Owners and Renters. Prior approval must be given by the Social Committee. There is a $50.00 fee.

Community Pool Information:

- Guests must pick up a pool wristband from the HOA office on-site to use the community pool

- Do not remove furniture from the pool area

Community Parking Rules:

- One Assigned Parking Spot

- One open guest Parking Spot

- Parking Passes located in the Condo

- There is a $25 additional charge if the parking pass is not returned to the condo before departure

- No RVs or campers are allowed to be parked on the premises

No salt/pepper or cleaning supplies are stocked due to safety issues. This is an industry-standard practice.

FOR GUESTS WHO BOOK 30 NIGHTS OR LONGER STAYS: (This does not apply if you are staying less than 30 nights.)

- We collect a $1,500 deposit at the time of booking

- Balance is due 60 days before arrival

- If canceled 90 days or more before arrival, we keep $250.00. $1,250.00 will be refunded.

- If canceled between 61 and 89 days before arrival, we keep the $1,500.00 deposit.

- No cancellation or modification 60 days or less before arrival.
