No drugs are allowed on-premise, and if found, they will be reported to Airbnb. This is a smoke-free home. An additional $500 cleaning fee will be applied if any smoking occurs on the property.

No animals are allowed on the premises without prior approval.

NOISE

This is a residential neighborhood located on a quiet country road. Local ordinances must be followed. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
