Welcome to Tan Oak 15! This Split Level home has 4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths with Air Conditioning and a view of the 13th hole of the Woodlands Golf Course. The upstairs features the kitchen, Living area, a large deck with golf course view, a Primary bedroom with King bed and large En Suite with Garden Tub and shower. Downstairs has three more bedrooms including one with a Queen, two others each with 2 twin beds. The Hot Tub and Recreation (SHARC) passes included make Tan Oak 15 a don't miss property!

Upstairs:

Walk upstairs from the entry to find the main Living Area with a massive stone faced fireplace housing a Wood Stove along with a large Flat Screen TV with Amazon Firestick. The multiple large windows bring in plenty of natural light. One of the couches is a sleeper sofa as well. Between the Living Area and the kitchen sits the Dining table which seats 8-9 plus 3 more can sit a the counter of the Kitchen Island.

Behind the Dining table is the sliding glass door out to the large deck. The deck has the gas BBQ and plenty of furniture in the summer to enjoy a classic BBQ dinner. The Hot Tub can also be accessed from the deck, just down a set of stairs.

Back inside, the Kitchen has granite countertops, Stainless Steel Appliances, and a 5 burner electric glass stove top. There's also a desk for those times when work just won't wait. Not far from the kitchen is the Half Bath.

Just down a hall is the Upstairs Primary Bedroom with King Bed, a sliding glass door with deck access plus a large En Suite. The En Suite has a double vanity, a garden tub and separate tile shower. The whole thing is truly a retreat!

Downstairs:

Head down from the entry and you'll find the majority of the bedrooms. On the right side there's one bedroom with two twin beds (Can convert to King) along with a 3/4 bath with shower and stack washer/dryer. To the left are two more bedrooms, one which houses another 2 twin beds (Can also be converted to King) and one that has a Queen bed. They both have a sliding glass door that leads to a small sitting area under the deck. There's also another full bath with Shower/Tub combo.

Recreation Plus (SHARC) Passes: This home includes 10 Recreation Plus Passes which Include access to SHARC pool, Tennis Courts, Pickleball, Boat Launch, Disc Golf, and Winter Sledding Hill.
