This 2-story townhome that sleeps 4, features a large and open 1st floor with living room, dining area, and kitchen with bar seating. There is a half-bath and a laundry room with stacked washer & dryer. It features a large 55” flat-screen Smart TV and cable service. A private Wi-Fi network is provided for your convenience. In addition, Alexa is there to offer your favorite music or give you the local weather.

Bedrooms are located on the 2nd floor. The master suite includes a queen size bed, 32" flat-screen TV with cable, and a full-size walk-in shower. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed, 32" smart TV for streaming, and full bathroom including a tub/shower combination. Large closets and storage complement each of the bedrooms.

Restaurants are just 2 minutes in either direction and farmers markets, antiquing, casinos, paved walking/jogging path, fishing, golf, museums, art studios, outlet mall shopping, boutiques, aquarium, and more are all within a 15 minute drive along Beach Boulevard.
