Roof repairs on buildings 1, 2 & 3 are taking place with an estimated completion time of December 31, 2025. The estimated completion time is not guaranteed and subject to change as per unexpected contractor and/or weather delays.

While our area continues to rebuild from the impacts of recent hurricanes and though our paradise may look a bit different than it once did, our beaches are beautiful and accessible right across the street from this condo. The sun continues to shine and brings with it spectacular sunsets to savor and new memories to be made. Ongoing renovations are taking place throughout Bonita Beach and Fort Myers Beach - local shops and restaurants continue to reopen and welcome your support with a visit to our area!

Due to damage from the previous hurricanes, work is still being done to restore the grounds, atriums and landscaping. Occasional daytime noise is possible. The tennis courts are currently closed, but two temporary pickleball courts are available.

While the newly reopened Beach and Tennis Club is currently not offering tennis, its unprecedented access and proximity to some of SW Florida's award-winning beaches still make it a highly desired vacation destination! This property is directly across the boulevard from the white sands of Bonita Beach and all its amenities including wave runners, paddle boarding and kayaking. You'll be close to some of Bonita Beach's favorite restaurants including Doc's Beach House, Coconut Jacks & The Fish House. Within a half hour of the condo complex you will find all the beaches, watersports, fishing, cultural events, sporting events, nature preserves, shopping, and dining you will need to make your time in Southwest Florida completely unforgettable!
