For a refreshing swim, head to our swimmable lagoon or one of the two heated pools. In the evening, unwind with a glass of wine as you watch the stunning sunsets.

Our townhouse was beautifully renovated in May 2021, featuring a new kitchen with quartz countertops, a seating island, and porcelain wood-like tile flooring throughout. Bathrooms have new showers, and there's a convenient downstairs kitchenette perfect for BBQs. The newly added coffee nook includes a drip and Keurig coffee maker, French press, and bean grinder. Enjoy the unbeatable ocean view that needs no improvement!

Spacious and Comfortable Accommodations

This open-concept 3-bedroom townhouse comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests. The home features upscale Tommy Bahama furnishings, tasteful decor, and tall cathedral ceilings. Two living rooms (one on each floor) offer ample space for relaxation, making it ideal for families. The master bedroom features a queen bed, the second bedroom a king bed, and the kids’ room includes a bunk bed with a queen on the bottom, twin on top, and a twin Captain's bed with a pullout.

Kitchen and Convenience

The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, cookware, a K-cup coffee maker, a drip coffee maker, and a blender. You will usually find basic spices, teas, and condiments for your convenience. Use what you need, replace what you can, and leave what you don’t use.

Important Information for Your Stay

Check-in is at 4 pm, and check-out is at 10 am. Unfortunately, early check-in and late check-out cannot be accommodated.

Only two cars are allowed per HOA rules.

No pets or smoking allowed.

Spiral staircase to the second level may not be suitable for those with disabilities or small children.

Travel insurance is recommended, especially during hurricane season (June 1 to December 1), as there are no refunds for cancellations due to hurricanes or mandatory evacuations.
