The unit also provides 1 garage parking space and 2 dedicated parking spaces behind the townhome. Located in South Asheville, it is drivable to shopping, restaurants, breweries, galleries, and live music venues. Biltmore Park and the Blue Ridge Parkway are also just a short drive away.

 

This unit is pet friendly. There will be a $75 non-refundable pet fee. This will not be included in your payment. Guests will need to contact Towns Property Management, Inc. to provide a credit card for this fee. If Towns Property Management, Inc. has not received this payment prior to check-in, they reserve the right to cancel the reservation and no refund will be issued to the guest.
