Master bedroom has dual closets and designer ensuite with luxurious soaking tub, shower and dual sinks.

Inside: Two Smart TVs, central air conditioning, gas fireplace, kitchen with 9 foot eat-in island, separate breakfast room, poker set, books and board games for the entire family. No steps inside.

Outside: Beautiful architecture, Gas BBQ, fire pit, seating area with 12 foot umbrella, separate covered dining area, large grass area perfect for kids to play in

Kitchen: Fully equipped with everything you need to make gourmet meals. Pots, pans, baking trays, spices, quality kitchen knives, glassware, utensils, plates. Wide range of condiments provided. Ninja Blender, Keurig pod and drip coffee maker, electric kettle and a toaster. A variety of quality coffee, pods and teas included! Refrigerator, freezer, ice maker, tupperware, bags and foil included.

General: Central air and heat, 800 TC sheets, free laundry, hypo-allergenic and normal detergents provided, 5-star hotel quality toiletries, hair dryer.

Cleaning: The property is thoroughly and professionally cleaned between each guest. Cleaner is a local person who has been deep cleaning short term rentals for many years. Sheets and towels are washed in hot water, with detergent and bleach. Kitchenware, stove and BBQ are all cleaned with hot water and detergent. Floors, bathrooms, furniture and commonly touched surfaces are all cleaned with professional grade supplies.

Parking: There is free street parking in front of the house for 3-4 cars as well parking on the street behind the house for several more. Behind the house is an RV pad, exclusively for the use of our guests. There are three steps to walk up from the front parking to the house but no steps from the rear parking.

Guest Access:

Guests will have full and sole access to the house, casita and grounds during their stay. For your privacy, each guest is given a unique code to the front door that is only good for the duration of their stay and is automatically disabled at check-out time. One garage bay is off limits and used by owner for storage. Guests will be notified ahead of time if the owner will be accessing it.

Host will greet guests upon arrival and provide them with a tour of the home and answer any questions the guests have.
