Large corner unit condo with two king ensuite bedrooms. Private balcony provides incredible southwest-facing views of the Blue Ridge Mountains. Located on Biltmore Ave. in downtown, you are central to all that Asheville has to offer. Also, it is just a short drive to the Biltmore Estate or the Blue Ridge Parkway. 1 parking space is available, we recommend a COMPACT car because the parking space is at the end of the garage and very narrow.
