NEED TO KNOW

Electricity is included in short-term stays (<28 nights) but not included for long-term rentals of 28 nights or more. In this case, you pay for what you consume based on a $6 MXN (pesos) fee per KW. Should your stay be 28 nights or more, we will collect a security deposit before check-in.

A security deposit in the amount of 500 USD will be charged prior to checkin and refunded within 10 business days after checkout.

Please be advised that there is still ongoing construction at the end of this development (far away from this loft). Rest assured that it will not affect the peacefulness of your stay. We have taken necessary measures to minimize any possible disturbances caused by the construction. We will do our best to ensure that your entire stay with us will be comfortable and enjoyable.
