New kitchen & appliances (full size front loading washer and dryer) have been constructed/installed, along with den converted to second bedroom. Furthermore, the unit has all new furniture which includes a new living room sectional sofa, new dining room set & new twinXL tempurpedic beds (which can be converted to one king bed with converter kit), dresser & night stand in the guest bedroom. The primary BR remains a king size bed with new furniture. The living room sports a 75" smart TV, the primary BR has a 65" smart TV and the guest room has a 55" smart TV. The patio/lanai has 2 outdoor recliner chairs and a new patio dining table set.

Cleaning and disinfecting our properties are highest priority and we are following all CDC guidelines.

Starting on August 1, 2024 there is a $115.00 Resort Security FOB Fee per reservation payable by Guests @ Check-in that provides access to pool, fitness center and tennis/pickleball courts.
