We ask you to keep in mind, this is a private home which the owner retreats to. We simply ask that you respect & take care of the property as if it were your own. Let that love flow.

**We are available to you for standard check in times should you require any assistance from 4pm - 6pm. Renters and guests must park in the garage, carport, or driveway of the property. Public street parking is prohibited at all times. Private streets in gated HOAs, enforced by HOA’s CCR’s.

► Trash:

Trash and refuse shall not be stored within public view except in proper containers for collection.
