Enjoy watching the kids jump into the lake from your own private swimming dock. Two stand up paddle boards and one kayak are available for your use during your stay. Rent a ski boat or pontoon boat from What's Up Watersports, located just across the water from us. Whatever your desire, you will find it here!

KITCHEN: Fully equipped, NEW stainless steel appliances, cooking basics & spices, Keurig and drip coffee maker, toaster, kitchen table, counter seating

LIVING ROOM: Floor to ceiling windows with expansive views, comfy couches and big screen TV for movie nights

GENERAL: Roku TVs with YouTube TV included. WiFi, washer & dryer, towels, linens, complimentary toiletries, air conditioning, ceiling fans, hair dryer, pets fee (paid pre-arrival)

LOWER LEVEL: Foosball table, pool table, bar area, dining table, 2 private bedrooms

OUTDOOR: Charbroil grill, expansive deck with seating and water views, wood burning fire pit, floating dock. Dock is equipped with cleats to tie off up to two boats. Boat rental is not included with AirBnB however we can connect you with a local company that offers excellent service. They will deliver your boat/jet ski, walk you through everything and then pick it up when your reservation is complete.

PLEASE NOTE***** There is ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING/VAPING OF ANY KIND IN THE HOUSE. If evidence of smoking inside is found, a $500 fine for deep cleaning will be assessed. Thank you for your understanding.
