This home is close to it all yet feels so far away. You are 5 minutes from 64 and can make it to almost anywhere in St. Louis in 30 minutes or less. The mall, grocery and restaurants are all 10 minuets away. If you don't feel like being in the hustle and bustle of the city or local attractions you can relax on the patio or in the hot tub.

There are 3 good size bedrooms on the main level and one in the basement. The pool table is in the basement along with a wet bar and small refrigerator.

The back yard is fenced. There are lights above the back patio.

The house has a 2 car garage and double driveway. The property is entered from a private gate. We will issue you a code the day of arrival.

I am available if needed. I have an office at the storage facility that is on the main road by the entrance.

This house sits behind a large storage facility on 30 + acres. We just rehabbed the second house on the property and plan to live there until our kids graduate. We also have a large barn on the back of the property we rent for special occasions. The house and barn will not be rented at the same time to different groups.

There is plenty of room for parking. We have spaces available if you need to park a large trailer or Rec Vehicle. If you need hook ups they are available for an additional charge.
