This two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment is located right on Ashford Ave on the Condado Beach strip, in front of the Mariott AC hotel. It is within a short walk from the beach at Condado and Ocean Park, and many great restaurants, cafes, juice bars, grocery stores, and bars and casinos. It has a balcony, a fully stocked kitchen, tv's in all of the bedrooms, conditioning, and one parking spot.
