Pets Considered must have prior approval, $20/pet/day fee. No pets are allowed on any of the furniture at any time. Pets must never be left alone in the house unless crated. You must clean up after your pet.

Please note: Limewood Beach (0.1 miles, 2 min) END OF ROAD.

The Limewood beach area above the tide line is private property, and guests who enter this area may be asked to leave by the property owners or security. However, the area from the tide line down to the water is public and you’re welcome to enjoy it. Please be mindful of this boundary to avoid any issues.

The scenic shoreline, beautiful beaches, and picturesque coastline along Long Island Sound are a significant draw for visitors. Branford is rich in history, with historical sites and numerous parks and trails for nature lovers to appreciate. The local dining offers a diverse culinary scene with restaurants serving fresh seafood, farm-to-table dishes, and international cuisine. You won't want to make sure you get a lobster roll or some clam chowder.

Any reservation obtained under false pretense will be subject to forfeiture of the reservation deposit, damage deposit, and/or balance of rental payment. NO PARTIES, EVENTS, PERFORMING ARTISTS OR BANDS ARE ALLOWED AT ANY TIME. The maximum number of guests or visitors for this house, as indicated in the listing, should be honored at all times, day or night. These are cause for eviction with no refund and may damage our ability to offer the home to future guests, exposing you to liability. This is a quiet residential neighborhood; please be respectful of the neighbors at all times!
