This house is perfect for a family beach vacation in Dorado, Puerto Rico. It's located inside the gates of a private gated community that has a golf course and a great community beach. The beach here is great for swimming and snorkeling.

-> The private pool with a great outdoor living space. There is a covered patio with outdoor seating and a large outdoor TV. The back yard also has a covered BBQ area, outdoor lounge seating, and a hammock. There is a pool area full bathroom.

-> The kitchen is fully functional with a stove, an oven, a large refrigerator, and a sink area which overlooks the pool area.

-> The living room TV area has a 72 inch TV, and a large 8-seat L-shaped sofa.

-> The master bedroom has a king bed, an ensuite bathroom with a shower, a walk-in closet, and a dedicated workspace desk.

-> The second bedroom has a king size bed.

-> The third bedroom has a queen size bed.

-> The fourth bedroom has a bunk bed with a full size, and a twin size bed, and has a large dedicated workspace desk.

->For the BBQ, we do not provide smoker wood pellets for the outdoor BBQ (A Trager pellet smoker) and we do not provide gas for the fire pit, these both are to be used at your OWN RISK and should only be used if you have enough experience and ability to do so.

-> It's important to fully read, understand, and follow each of the posted pool rules to be able to use the pool, which is also used at your own risk and should only be used if you have enough experience and ability to do so.

-> A RENTAL CAR IS REQUIRED FOR THIS LOCATION.
