This north end unit also features a balcony, which provides views of the city from the 5th floor where you can catch beautiful sunsets and views of the ocean! Life is better at the beach!

The desirable Harbour Beach Resort is only a mile walk or drive to OceanWalk/Boardwalk fun and shops. Walking distance of several restaurants including new Jimmy Buffett's Landshark Bar & Grill and Crabby's Oceanside. Splash park right next door for the children to play. The resort features a huge heated pool and hot tub overlooking pristine Daytona beach and Atlantic Ocean. Amenities include: game room, exercise room, credit card and coin operated laundry just 2 doors down, on-site parking (ONE vehicle only) and business center. Grills for your to cookout or just relax by the pool and listen to the waves splashing the sand. Enjoy your morning coffee or evening wine on the balcony overlooking the Atlantic Ocean.
