Come and bring your family and friends to Beachside Oasis where we have everything you need to have a relaxing getaway to the Texas Gulf Coast.

Guests will enjoy amazing Sunrises, Sunsets, views of passing ships, sightings of many varieties of birds, and even views of dolphins from time to time... all with your cup of coffee in our sunroom or an afternoon cocktail on the patio outside while you enjoy amazing beach views and take in the fresh salt air.

Beachside Oasis offers an efficient floor plan. The kitchen comes fully stocked with plate ware, flatware, serving platters, glassware including cocktail glasses, cooking pans and pots, mixers and other little necessities for those wishing to dine in. The spacious bedrooms (1 Queen, 1 King, 3 Twin Beds, and 2 pull out couches) offer luxury bedding and mattresses that will provide an optimal and comfortable night’s sleep after a long day of enjoying the ocean, beach and outdoors at Oceanside Oasis. Oceanside Oasis also offers Fiber Wi-Fi, Vizio Smart TV, central AC and Split Units with AC and Heating, a game room equipped with a pool table, checkers, cards, dart board and plenty of parking for vehicles/boats/trailers. As an extra bonus, the kids can relax in the kids room after their long day of swimming and seashell collecting with lots of games and a video gaming system.

Outside, you will enjoy our garage fully equipped with a kayak, bikes and electric scooters to take a stroll on, cornhole games, a charcoal barbecue pit, a nice fire pit on the beach to enjoy your evenings and YOUR very own private peer is only 100 ft away from the back door where plenty of fishing can be done.

On Check-In Day, once the space is ready for your group, the host will contact you with a unique access code to open the door. Per House Rules, the person making the reservation must send a valid ID via email directly to the host (not just Airbnb) for the host to release access information. An email will be sent electronically for a waiver of liability to be signed prior to check in.

Check-in is at 4 PM, and Check out is at 11 AM. Additional time must be requested on the day and is subject to approval and additional charges.

-Bring food and condiments to prepare meals, most restaurants are 15 to 30 minutes away.

-Bring water shoes to walk on the beach, our beach is a shelly beach.

-Bring Life Vests if swimming or near the water.

-Bring mosquito repellent and sunblock.

-Please bring your own charcoal.

-Port Lavaca is a short 10 minute drive where you will find an HEB & Wal-Mart, Buc-ee’s and a variety of restaurants. Port Lavaca is a small unique are that offers a downtown area with shops.

-For the safety of our property, we have surveillance cameras on entrance points to the house as well as around our property. Our surveillance cameras will also record if there are unauthorized pets or more guests than what the reservation was made for. Extra charges may be assessed, and guests could be asked to leave the property without a refund if our House Rules are not followed.
